He has extensive experience as an architect, designer, Project Manager, worked in ND architect from concept to final inspection of works start to finish, also works as manager of all finishes construction of the 2nd stage of Albrook Mall among his responsibilities were to coordinate with internal and external designers for the shopping center did not lose his line in terms of design, has been responsible for design, inspection and construction.

Structural Engineer by profession, has BS in Civil Engineering with Trend of Structure of the Technological University of Panama, MA Structural degree in structural engineering (Dominican Repuplic), Mr. McNulty has an extensive professional experience from which we can highlight design of steel structures (LFRD), Design of reinforced concrete structure, post tensioning and prestressing. Worked for Arquinde where he participated in numerous projects such as 44 & Park; Building Mykonos, etc., and then he went to Tecnocivil where he design independently with its own signature.

Civil Engineering degree from the Catholic University Santa Maria la Antigua and exercise from 1992 the profession in Panama. His training is completed two master degrees one in engineering structural Stanford University (MSCE, Palo Alto, 1995) and an MBA from Columbia University (New York, 1999). With his company Construcciones Del Este he has done residential projects high cost in Costa del Este, Camino de Cruces, Altos de Panama, Coronado and Sora.
